Fire extinguisher servicing, providing British Fire Consortium trained, professional Fire Extinguisher Servicing & Maintenance for ALL types of extinguishers, including Water, Water Mist, Powder, CO2, Foam and Wet Chemical. All our services are to British Standards BS5306 parts 3 and 8, therefore meet current insurance company requirements! We advise that all extinguishers be test discharged( Extended Servicing) every five years (ten Years Co2) , as part of the annual inspection and test, in order to ensure that they are still operating satisfactorily. Our Technicians can undertake this procedure on your business premises in order to provide personnel with practical training in the use of extinguishers. Extinguishers are known to put out over 80% of fires (with the others requiring the Fire Service) and it is essential that they are in full working order if the times comes to use one. Steve Wiltshire Safety Matters can also supply new British made BSEN3 Kite marked fire fighting equipment including the new multi-purpose water-mist fire extinguisher, Multi-chem fire extinguishers, P50 Service free fire extinguishers which are fantastic for home use as well, BSEN1869 Fire Blankets as well as carrying out a free survey before installation!
